Develop, implement and realize the account strategy and plan, within the sales strategy and plan and corporate requirements and guidelines, in order to ensure the realization of planned business results and long-term customer relationship objectives are achieved.
Your key responsibilities
- To set up, coordinate & execute specific account plans to realize pre-defined/agreed sales and overall customer relationship objectives, both for the short- and long term. Define and implement strategic account plans which translate to financial profitability, via top line and bottom line growth.
- Contribute to develop tactics sales plans with channel partners. Monitor and coordinate the execution of the account plans, report based on defined performance indicators and take corrective actions, in order to achieve targets. Build sustainable cross layer networks in the defined accounts & market by both direct engagement and by positioning key stakeholders to the right level in the account, to speed up business development.
- Identify long term business opportunities with accounts and include these in the account plans. Define and implement projects with focus on key products, processes and innovation.
- Monitor and benchmark competitive products, market requirements and competitive business strategies (competitive profiling) and incorporate benchmarking and competitive profiling in account and sales plans.
- Lead contract negotiations with the respective accounts and ensure the conclusion of sales contracts. Coordinate technical service or after sales service activities towards the account and end users.
- Monitor the complaint process and ensure an appropriate complaint settlement with the account within the agreed timeline.
- Monitor the account’s payment behavior and act to ensure payment within the agreed payment terms.

You bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Animal Nutrition, Veterinary Science or related field qualification.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the animal stockfeed, animal production, feed additive or premix industry, preferably in a technical or marketing role.
- Sound technical and practical understanding of animal nutrition and feed formulation.
- Proficiency in Mandarin spoken and written will be favourable.
