Multi Bintang Indonesia is currently hiring for a Claim Coordinator under department Commercial Bsuiness Controller. Based in our Tangerang office at Jalan Daan Mogoot, this role reports directly to the CMC Manager and plays a critical part in ensuring end-to-end claim validation, verification, and reconciliation processes are executed with accuracy and integrity.

Job Purpose

As our Claim Coordinator, you will be at the heart of ensuring the accuracy, transparency, and accountability of our commercial claim processes. You’ll report directly to the Claim Management Center (CMC) Manager and work closely with key internal stakeholders (Finance, Sales Teams, and our Distributor partners) to validate, verify, and streamline claims in alignment with business goals.

Main Responsibilities

  • Create Internal Orders (IO) in SAP for approved QAPs, ensure proper integration between QAP and Claim System, update execution status based on input from Sales Team and Distributors, and coordinate with IT or vendors to resolve system issues.
  • Review claims submitted through the Distributor Claim System (DCS), verify eligibility by coordinating with Sales and Finance, and ensure all claim documentation is complete and well-organized.
  • Monitor pending or incomplete claims, resolve discrepancies through coordination with relevant parties, and prepare reports on claim status, trends, and resolution timelines. Recommend improvements to streamline claim handling.
  • Act as main contact for claims-related matters, work closely with Sales Teams, Distributors, and internal claim admins, and support the CMC Manager in ensuring process alignment and SLA compliance.
  • Track promotional spend versus accruals, ensure documentation meets audit and tax requirements, and consolidate petty cash reports from area teams for closing purposes.

Candidate Criteria

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Finance or Accounting; prior experience in claim processing is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.).
  • High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good command of English, both verbal and written.
