General Requirements:
- Minimum high school education (preferably from Culinary or Hospitality background).
- At least 2 year of experience in a pastry kitchen or bakery; fresh graduates with strong interest and basic skills are welcome.
- Basic knowledge of pastry production, including cakes, breads, desserts, and plating techniques.
- Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately from the Pastry Chef or Supervisor.
Skills and Work Attitude:
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- High attention to detail, especially in decoration and presentation.
- Positive attitude, discipline, and willingness to learn.
- Maintains cleanliness and follows proper hygiene and food safety standards.
- Able to work under pressure and in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
Additional Advantage:
- Experience with à la carte plated desserts is a plus.
- Familiar with pastry equipment such as mixers, ovens, and proofers.
- Creative and passionate about the pastry field.
