As Process Control Engineer, To plan, develop, maintain and improve process control of mineral processing to ensure good productivity, stability and optimization of the plants.
Job requirement:
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in plant process automation
- S1 degree in relevant field
- Programming skill and knowledge using Foxboro DCS (Archestra, Intouch)
- Understanding of effective HMI and its configuration
- Understanding of effective alarm management and rationalization
- Understanding of control theory and its application in process automation (regulatory control using PID, feedforward, etc)
- Using P&ID, control narrative, instrument index, electrical drawing, etc. for control programming
- Understanding of safety application to process plant
- Experience in middle to large scale projects
- Familiarity with process instrumentation and control devices
- Familiarity with Advanced Process Control
- Familiarity with Programmable Logic Controller
