As a Short Video Content Creator for Live Shopping, you will be the face and creative force behind engaging short-form videos that promote products, highlight live commerce events, and drive audience engagement. You will conceptualize, script, film, and appear in short videos (e.g., TikTok) that align with live shopping campaigns and brand narratives. This role combines creativity, on-camera presence, and content strategy to amplify the brand’s reach and influence customer purchase decisions in a dynamic e-commerce environment.
Key Responsibilities

Content Ideation & Creation:
- Develop creative concepts for short videos that highlight products, promotions, and upcoming live shopping shows.
- Script, shoot, and edit engaging short-form content optimized for platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
- Be the on-camera talent for product reviews, tutorials, unboxings, and trend-driven content.

Live Commerce Campaign Support:
- Align short video content with live shopping schedules, promotional campaigns, and product launches.
- Create teaser and highlight videos to drive traffic and engagement for live sessions.

Audience Engagement & Trend Adaptation:
- Monitor platform trends and quickly adapt content formats to stay relevant.
- Engage with viewers through comments, challenges, and interactive content formats to build a loyal audience base.

Content Performance Tracking & Improvement:
- Analyze video performance metrics (views, engagement, reach, conversions) to refine content strategies.
- Continuously improve content quality, storytelling techniques, and engagement tactics based on audience feedback and data insights.

Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams:
- Work closely with host, live streaming, Jr/Sr PMO, brand representative and other team if any assistant teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding.
- Ensure product information is accurate and aligned with business objectives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Multimedia, Marketing, or related fields.
- At least 1-2 years of experience as a content creator, influencer, or social media personality (experience in e-commerce/live commerce is a plus).
- Strong on-camera personality with confidence and creativity.
- Proficient in mobile video editing tools (e.g., CapCut, InShot) and basic graphic editing.
- Familiar with TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and their respective algorithms and content best practices.
- Knowledge of social media analytics is a plus.
