The Opportunity
The Country President oversees all aspects of the organization, ensuring smooth operations and profitability. Responsible for growth, compliance, and sustainability, cultivating a high-performance culture and representing the organization to external stakeholders. This role aligns country operations with global strategy, ensuring exceptional client-focused service and driving innovation and transformation in Indonesia.
Key Responsibilities:
The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Strategic Leadership: The Country President defines the strategy and business plan, ensuring targets are met or exceeded, and collaborates with the leadership team to achieve growth and strategic goals.
- Commercial Leadership: The Country President fosters a culture of performance focused on commercial excellence by setting objectives, measuring progress, inspiring results, and ensuring sustainable business performance.
- Business Performance and Transformation: Oversees country operations, drives Securitas strategy with a growing margin and diverse business mix, leads business and digital transformation programs, and accelerates solutions growth.
- Developing Talents and Organizational Capabilities: Promotes talent management as a core part of leadership, champions initiatives supporting Securitas values and ethics, and fosters a corporate culture based on ethics, collaboration, accountability, and performance.
- External Relations & Legal Representation: Develops relationships with authorities, government bodies, and other relevant parties, ensures legal and regulatory compliance, and positions the business externally as a thought leader and positive contributor to society.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business management, or finance; a master’s in a related field is advantageous.
- Broad general management experience with strategic, market/client focus and operational performance skills.
- Experience in technology/services sectors within large organizations.
- Proven leadership in transformation processes.
- Knowledge of multi-site B2B services from commercial and operational perspectives.
- Experience managing large workforces across multiple sites is preferred.
- Ability to build strong teams, develop talent, and lead change.
- Leadership in cross-functional and matrix organizations for both local and international customers.
