The candidate will work closely with a lean but capable local team and have access to a regional and global talent pool for technology, data, and operational support. The foundation is in place — and the next leader will have the opportunity to take the company to the next level by building out local leadership, strengthening the product, and accelerating growth.
Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Define and implement a forward-looking business strategy aligned with the company’s mission and growth objectives.
- Organizational Development: Build and restructure the team to improve agility, scale, and execution.
- Sales & Market Expansion: Identify and engage with financial institutions and digital lenders (including P2P and BNPL players) to drive adoption of the company’s data scoring solutions.
- Product & Tech Oversight: Collaborate closely with product and technical teams to guide product roadmap and ensure high-quality, scalable data scoring capabilities.
- Growth Execution: Lead business development efforts to expand the client base and deepen existing relationships.
- Regulatory Compliance: Oversee all steps involved in the preparation and submission of licensing requirements with OJK and other relevant authorities.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Preferably a minimum 5 years of relevant experience in fintech, credit scoring, data analytics, or financial services.
- Proven track record in business development, operational leadership, and team building.
- Experience working with P2P lending, BNPL, or other digital lending products and markets in Indonesia or Southeast Asia.
- Strong understanding of Indonesia’s regulatory environment, particularly OJK regulations.
- A self-driven, entrepreneurial leader with excellent execution skills.
- Outstanding communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in data science or demonstrated experience working with data-driven or AI-powered products.
- Strong technical or product sense, especially around data scoring, credit risk, or financial modeling.
- Experience selling or delivering solutions to P2P, BNPL, banks, or multi-finance institutions.
- Familiarity with alternative data sources, such as telco, e-commerce, or behavioral data.
- Comfortable in fast-paced, high-growth environments with global collaboration.
