Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10–15 years of progressive leadership experience in infrastructure, data center, telecom, or IT industries.
- Strong understanding of the Indonesian business landscape, regulations, and power/energy dynamics.
- Demonstrated success in leading large teams, managing cross-functional projects, and handling complex stakeholder environments.
Preferred:
- Experience working with multinational companies, especially in data center or digital infrastructure.
- Background in hyperscale, colocation, or cloud environments.
