Our client is a newly expanded anti-corrosion composite manufacturer specializing in fiber-reinforced plastic (FRP) products from China.
Job Highlights:
As Business Development Expert (Country Representative), you will drive the sales and marketing efforts for high-performance FRP products—including anti-corrosion skylight ventilators, skylight sheets, and anti-corrosion panels—across Indonesia. This role combines strategic planning and hands-on engagement, from identifying and visiting potential customers to tailoring solutions and closing sales contracts. You will play a key role in nurturing client relationships, enhancing customer satisfaction, and unlocking new business opportunities, while also contributing to market analysis and competitive insights that shape the company’s growth strategy in the region.
Job Descriptions:
- Responsible for the marketing and sales of the company's products in Indonesia, including anti-corrosion skylight natural ventilator, FRP skylight sheet, and FRP anti-corrosion sheet.
- Visit potential customers, understand customer needs, provide product solutions, and facilitate the signing of sales contracts.
- Maintain existing customer relationships, improve customer satisfaction and loyalty, and tap into customer potential needs.
- Participate in the formulation of sales strategies and plans, and achieve sales targets and performance indicators.
- Collect market information, analyze competitor situations, and provide reference for the company’s product positioning and market expansion.
Job Requirements:
- Educational Background: College degree or above; majors in marketing, international trade, chemical materials, or related fields are preferred.
- Work Experience: More than 3 years of sales experience, particularly in wall and roof building materials, high-end steel materials, chemical products, or related industries is preferred.
- Language Skills: Fluent in Indonesian and English, with good business communication skills.
- Skill Requirements: Familiar with sales processes and techniques, strong market development capabilities and customer service awareness; proficient in office software and CRM systems.
- Other Requirements: Strong teamwork spirit, independent work ability, and adaptability to business travel.
