Zinit Indonesia is looking for an experienced B2B Customer Success Manager (CSM) to build and maintain strong relationships with our clients, ensuring they maximize the value of our products and services. As a key liaison between our company and customers, you will be responsible for driving retention, growth and customer satisfaction.
-Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with B2B clients, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
-Onboarding & Implementation: Guide new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and successful transition.
-Customer Support & Advocacy: Act as the main point of contact, addressing client concerns and providing solutions in a timely manner.
-Account Growth: Maximize client usage on our platform to drive revenue.
-Market & Customer Insights: Gather feedback, analyze customer needs, and collaborate with internal teams to enhance products and services.
-Performance Monitoring: Track key customer success metrics, including retention, usage, and customer feedback, to improve service quality.
-Proactive Engagement: Develop and implement customer success strategies to increase loyalty and reduce churn.
Requirements:
-Experience in B2B partnership, sales, customer success, or client services.
-Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
-Strong problem-solving abilities.
-Ability to analyze customer data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
-Experience on using various platforms.
-Fluency in English.
