Key Responsibilities:
- Manage projects using the OKR (Objectives and Key Results) framework
- Apply the PDCA (Plan, Do, Check, Act) cycle in daily operations
- Create and maintain detailed project schedules and work plans
- Track progress, monitor budgets, and evaluate project outcomes
- Prepare and deliver comprehensive performance reports
- Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, including SEO and social media
- Work with analytics and advertising tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, Google Ads Manager, and Facebook Ads Manager
- Collaborate effectively within the team, contribute ideas, and continuously learn
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail, excellent time management, and a positive mindset
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in digital marketing or at a digital agency
- Strong leadership and proven project management skills
- Strategic thinker with problem solving abilities
- Professional working proficiency in English
Required Skills:
- Performance analysis across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads
- Strong copywriting and creative storytelling skills
- Innovative and data-driven thinking
- Solid data analysis and reporting abilities
