E2E Planner
PURPOSE
- As the central point of Site End-to-End Planning, covering from materials, manufacturing, and supply planning, to collaborate with internal and external site stake holder to ensure customers' demand fulfillment with optimum cost.
- Ensuring compliance with all related regulations.
MAJOR TASKS
- Responsible for E2E optimization of material, manufacturing, and supply planning schedule within site by alignment with all stakeholders, both internal and external
- Responsible for inventory raw and pack material in optimum level.
- Responsible for optimal use of systems, i.e. of SAP APO, MM, WM, and PPDS application.
- Responsible to Monitor supply chain KPIs and required improvement actions
- Support to identify underperforming areas in supply chain and suggest improvements or resolutions to problem
- Support the implementation of New Product launches (NPI) and material changes (TL & API) including minimizing the Write Off Value of material changes (TL & API).
SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's Degree level education in General Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field.
- More than 5 years of relevant job experience, preferable in Consumer Health or FMCG sector.
- Understanding GMP Principles and FDA/BPOM regulations especially for labeling of Ethical, OTC and Food Supplement products.
- Proficient in SAP-APO-SNP, SAP-MM, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Project.
- Fluent in Indonesia and English.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Self-motivated and continuous learner
