- Develop high-voltage electrical system designs for substations, transmission lines, and power distribution networks.
- Perform load flow, short-circuit, and arc flash studies.
- Select and specify electrical equipment such as transformers, circuit breakers, and switchgear.
- Ensure compliance with industry codes and standards (e.g., IEEE, IEC, NEC).
- Lead engineering projects from conception to completion.
- Coordinate with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies.
- Ensure project timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met.
- Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of high-voltage equipment.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Having a minimum of 5–10 years of experience in high-voltage electrical engineering.
- Proficiency in electrical design software (ETAP, DIgSILENT, AutoCAD.
- Knowledge of high-voltage protection and control systems.
- Understanding of SCADA, relay coordination, and grid interconnection.
- A professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent is preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in field conditions, substations, and industrial facilities.
