About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Fullstack Engineer to lead a small team in developing high-impact systems (HVMS, Crowdfunding Platform, Booking Engine, and KPI Tools). You’ll architect scalable solutions using TypeScript, NestJS, PostgreSQL, and ReactJS while mentoring junior developers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of 3 developers, ensuring code quality and Agile delivery.
- Design and build full-stack applications (backend: NestJS/PostgreSQL; frontend: ReactJS).
- Implement clean architecture, design patterns, and automated testing.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to refine technical requirements.
- Troubleshoot complex issues and optimize system performance.
Requirements:
- ≥5 years of software development experience.
- Expertise in TypeScript, NestJS, ReactJS, and PostgreSQL.
- Proven leadership/mentoring skills.
- Strong grasp of CI/CD, DevOps, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure is a plus).
- Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
