Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular inspections of hotel premises, including buildings, facilities, and outdoor areas, to identify maintenance needs and structural issues.
- Plan and oversee maintenance projects, including repairs, renovations, and upgrades, to ensure minimal disruption to hotel operations.
- Collaborate with other departments, contractors, and vendors to schedule and execute maintenance activities effectively and efficiently.
- Conduct preventive maintenance tasks to ensure the longevity and optimal performance of equipment and systems.
- Coordinate with external contractors and vendors for specialized repairs and installations.
Job Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent. Technical certification or vocational training in a relevant field is a plus.
- Previous experience in general maintenance or a related field, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Proficiency in project management tools and techniques, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve maintenance issues effectively.
- Ability to work in a team or individual, outgoing, pleasant personality and mature.
