Job Description:
We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Runner (Daily Worker) to assist our service team. As a Runner, your main responsibility is to ensure that food and beverages are delivered quickly and accurately from the kitchen to guests' tables, maintaining a high standard of service and cleanliness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver food and drinks from the kitchen or bar to the correct tables promptly
- Assist waiters/waitresses in setting and clearing tables
- Ensure orders are complete and presented neatly before serving
- Support the service team during peak hours
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in service areas
- Follow hygiene and safety standards at all times
- Respond to guest requests politely and efficiently
Requirements:
- Previous experience in F&B or hospitality is an advantage but not required
- Energetic, responsible, and willing to learn
- Good communication skills and team spirit
- Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Well-groomed and presentable appearance
- Flexible availability (weekends, evenings, holidays)
