Siloam Hospitals Agora merupakan unit ke - 41 di Siloam Hospitals Group. Siloam Agora dilengkapi dengan sejumlah fasilitas dan pelayanan kesehatan terbaik. Terdiri dari delapan lantai dan basement untuk kenyamanan parkir, Siloam Agora juga memiliki kapasitas sekitar 100 tempat tidur untuk pasien yang terbagi dalam 6kelas yakni kelas 3, kelas 2, kelas 1, VIP Deluxe, VVIP, dan Suite (Connecting Room). Tersedia pula fasilitas kesehatan seperti ruang ICU dan HCU, radiology (CT Scan, X-ray, Mammo), MRI, MCU, dan laboratorium, serta beberapa fasilitas pendukung lainnya untuk menunjang kebutuhan operasional rumah sakit, para dokter dan karyawan rumah sakit.
Job Description
- Assist with recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews and handling candidate documents.
- Support employee data management and administrative tasks.
- Help coordinate training programs and internal HR events.
- Ensure HR records are well-organized and up to date.
- Provide general administrative support to the Human Capital team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (or final-year student) in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Availability to work on a temporary/daily worker basis.
