Engineering MEP Technician responsible for daily operations in property maintenance, ensuring all buildings, utilities, and equipment are in good condition and well maintained in accordance with efficiency budgets and preventive maintenance programs.

Responsibilities
- Perform daily MEP works and equipment maintenance.
- Coordinate with MEP supervisors on preventive maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintain records.
- Conduct daily inspections of property and facilities.
- Attend briefings, review logbook, and follow up on pending issues.
- Ensure work meets engineering standards and procedures.
- Complete assigned tasks within required timeframes.
- Maintain and clean workshop tools, equipment, and areas.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests.
- Assist engineering team with repairs when needed.
- Support energy-saving programs and maintain records.
- Promote staff awareness of energy efficiency.
- Comply with workplace health and safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Minimum education of D3 in Electrical Engineering, Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in MEP engineering, building maintenance, or a similar technical role.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, including troubleshooting and preventive maintenance.
- Good problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
