As a Project Engineer – MEP, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems throughout the lifecycle of construction and fit-out projects. About the Role:
Coordinate MEP Design and Execution
Ensure mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems are implemented according to project specifications and timelines.Review Technical Submittals and Drawings
Validate contractor submissions for compliance with design intent, standards, and regulatory requirements.Monitor Site Installation and Quality
Supervise MEP works on-site, conduct inspections, and enforce quality control measures.Resolve Technical and Coordination Issues
Collaborate with architects, civil engineers, and contractors to address design conflicts and site challenges.Support Testing, Commissioning, and Handover
Assist in system commissioning, verify performance, and ensure proper documentation for final handover
About You:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering.
- 3–7 years of experience in MEP project engineering, preferably in commercial, industrial, or data centre environments.
- Strong understanding of HVAC, electrical distribution, fire protection, and plumbing systems.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
- Familiarity with international codes and standards (ASHRAE, NFPA, IEC, etc.).
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
