Responsibilities :
- Introduce/support management programs that optimize operational of plant on environment protection, including evaluating and implementing environment law and regulation and other requirement, to ensure follow up of all environment aspect and environment audit.
- Check all environment procedure every year and renew those to inform those to all personnels about the newest procedure.
- Plan, control, and evaluate annual budget and its implementation to ensure availability budget for operational according to the needs, effective and efficient.
- Appraise job performance and competency of Enviromental Team, develop and improve skills and knowledge of subordinates through required trainings.
- Carry out and implement Environment and Quality Management Systems
Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) in Chemical or Environmental Engineering
- Minimum 2 years working experience in engineering field at Petrochemical/Oil & Gas/ Similar Industry.
- Fresh Graduate welcome to apply
- Proficient using Ms Office.
- Fluent in English skill both spoken & written.
This position will be placed at site office Cilegon.
