Key Responsibilities
Order Management
Input and update client orders accurately into our internal system, ensuring all product and service details are complete and correct.
Client Coordination
Communicate with clients to confirm event details, respond to revisions or changes, and ensure timely approvals and confirmations.
Team Communication
Relay clear and detailed instructions to the operations and logistics team regarding delivery times, setup requirements, and any special requests.
Documentation & Scheduling
Create and manage project documents including delivery schedules, and event checklists. Ensure all paperwork is accurate and up to date.
Vendor Coordination
Assist in sourcing, contacting, and confirming sub-vendors when needed for items or services we don’t handle in-house.
Administrative SupportHandle general admin tasks such as organizing files, tracking payments, preparing basic reports, and maintaining order archives.
On-the-Ground Flexibility
Occasionally assist with on-site coordination or last-minute changes, especially during peak seasons or large-scale events.
