Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Food & Beverage Manager to join our team in Swissotel Living Jakarta Mega Kuningan, Indonesia. As the F&B Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food and beverage outlets, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and driving profitability while maintaining high standards of quality and service.
- Lead and manage all food and beverage operations, including restaurants, bars, room service, and catering services
- Develop and implement innovative strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and increase revenue
- Oversee menu planning, pricing, and food presentation to ensure consistency with brand standards
- Manage inventory, control costs, and optimize operational efficiency
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate events and seamless service delivery
- Recruit, train, and mentor F&B team members to maintain a high-performing workforce
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations, as well as licensing requirements
- Analyze financial reports, prepare forecasts, and develop action plans to meet business objectives
- Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints professionally and efficiently
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- Proven experience in food and beverage management, preferably in a hotel environment
- Strong leadership and team development skills with the ability to motivate and inspire staff
- Excellent financial acumen, including proficiency in cost control, budgeting, and forecasting
- In-depth knowledge of food and beverage operations, trends, and best practices
- Familiarity with local and international licensing laws and regulations
- Outstanding communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills
- Proficiency in restaurant management software and point-of-sale systems
- Food safety certification (e.g., ServSafe or equivalent) is an advatage
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
