Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Food Runner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering food orders from the kitchen to guests efficiently while ensuring the highest standard of service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver food orders promptly and accurately to the correct tables
- Assist servers in maintaining a clean and organized service area
- Ensure all dishes are presented according to the restaurant’s standards
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations
- Provide support in setting up and clearing tables as needed
- Maintain a high level of hygiene and safety standards
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a food runner or in a similar role is preferred
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service is an advantage
