The General Affairs Trainee is responsible for supporting the daily operational and administrative tasks within the General Affairs scope. This position is part of a structured development program aimed at preparing the trainee for a potential full-time GA role, providing hands-on experience in facility management, asset administration, office support, and vendor coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the daily upkeep and cleanliness of office facilities, including the pantry, meeting rooms, and restrooms.
- Support in managing office supplies inventory, tracking usage, and processing restock requests.
- Help coordinate with external vendors, such as cleaning services, maintenance contractors, and couriers, and monitor service quality.
- Participate in asset data collection and labeling, and help maintain an up-to-date asset inventory.
- Assist in coordinating basic repairs and monitor follow-up actions.
- Help prepare documentation such as purchase requests, maintenance records, or vendor quotations.
- Support office events, meeting setups, or logistics arrangements as needed.
- Report any abnormalities related to utilities, cleanliness, or security to the supervisor promptly.
- Perform other General Affairs-related tasks assigned by the Senior HRGA.
Requirements:
- Graduate with a D3 in Accounting, D3 in Taxation, S1 in Accounting, or a related field.
- Proficient in accounting software, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail in financial recording and stock management.
- Strong negotiation skills to secure the best deals with suppliers.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Experience in the F&B or hospitality industry is preferred.
- Willing to be placed in Denpasar, Bali.
