Strategy
Define and execute the marketing strategy for NIVEA Personal Care categories in Indonesia.
Identify and unlock new market opportunities to strengthen and grow the core portfolio.
Analyze the market landscape, consumer insights, category trends, and competitor activities to deliver the right product mix.
Lead business validation for new product development (NPD) and adapt global/regional campaigns for the local market.
Steer brand and business performance using internal and external data to adjust and optimize plans
Business Management
Drive the annual marketing plan and annual business plan process.
Own and manage the marketing budget, allocating investments effectively in line with local strategy and global/regional guidelines.
Lead the business with an entrepreneurial mindset to achieve company goals and sustainable growth.
Respond proactively to market dynamics, including competitive pressures and new entrants.
Collaborate with media and digital agencies to design impactful consumer journeys and optimized media strategies.
Adapt global/regional materials (artwork, communication assets, etc.) to meet local requirements such as language, culture, and regulations.
Team Leadership
Supervise and coach direct reports to ensure excellence in daily business execution (analysis, precision marketing, launch plans, local/regional projects).
Define and monitor team members’ development plans to support career growth and continuous learning.
Build a high-performance culture that encourages accountability, collaboration, and innovation.
Your Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (Master’s is a plus).
10+ years’ experience in Marketing, with minimum 2 years as Marketing Manager/Business Development/Marketing Communications, preferably in skincare or personal care.
Proven expertise in strategy development, portfolio management, campaign localization, and NPD.
Strong business acumen with experience in budget management, planning, and data-driven decision making.
Deep understanding of the Indonesian consumer market, categories, and competitors.
Skilled in working with media & digital agencies to optimize consumer journeys.
Fluent in English & Bahasa, with excellent public speaking and presentation skills.
Highly initiative, analytical, communicative, and strong interpersonal skills.
Passionate about skincare, with leadership experience in developing teams.
Entrepreneurial mindset, agile, and able to thrive in a dynamic, competitive market.
