- Manage to plan and build overall IT strategy and roadmap to increase company IT capability and efficiency.
- Align and implement strategic management plan related to IT operational and infrastructure including networking, system, telephony, IT support, IT governance, IT compliance, helpdesk, business applications, data & reporting.
- Manage and set IT procedure, roadmap and policy to fulfil and improve overall IT quality include up to date record on IT assets.
- Manage and enhance the team to provide service and support on internal user problems related with IT.
- Manage and enhance the team to prepare and provide all activity related with IT infrastructure and applications according to the requirement of the company.
- Manage and enhance IT governance including IT Security frameworks, policies, and processes to ensure alignment between IT strategy and business objectives, mitigate IT-related risks, and optimize IT investments
- Regularly oversee the measure impact of the IT security landscape for facing and preventing threats, ensure a high-level report for stakeholders needs.
- Managing the team to enhance various aspects of service delivery and infrastructure development.
- Optimizing service resolution time, improving system availability, ensuring on-time application and infrastructure development, streamlining ad hoc and blueprint application development, and reducing unplanned downtime.
- Manage team to manage, maintain, and ensure data center availability and security.
- Managing specific projects, particularly the implementation of SAP BRIM (Billing and Revenue Innovation Management), to align with and support the organizational needs.
- Overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of the SAP BRIM implementation project, ensuring it meets predefined objectives and supports the broader goals of the organization.
- Oversee IT Project lifecycle, monitoring progress, addressing challenges, and ensuring alignment with organizational requirements are critical aspects of this managerial role.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- 8+ years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly convey ideas, actively listen, and build productive relationships with teams, stakeholders, and clients.
- Proven problem-solving ability—both analytical and innovative—with a client-oriented mindset and focus on service excellence.
- Broad technical expertise across IT infrastructure, security, network services, cloud/virtualization, IT governance, architecture, digital tools, and strategic IT planning, including vendor, asset, contract, and budget management.
