Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests warmly as they enter the beach club
- Offer details about the club’s amenities, services, and activities
- Help guests with questions, bookings, and any special needs
- Manage seating arrangements according to reservations and seat availability
- Update guests on daily events, deals, and exclusive offers
- Handle guest complaints and resolve problems swiftly and courteously
- Encourage membership sign-ups, participation in events, and promotion awareness
- Upsell additional services or amenities to enhance the guest experience
- Protect sensitive information and follow privacy guidelines strictly
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience of work as Host/Hostess or in a similar role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong focus on providing exceptional customer service
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities
- Maintain a neat and professional appearance
