esponsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment processes, from job posting, screening, interviewing, to hiring administration.
- Maintain and update recruitment databases and candidate pipelines.
- Coordinate onboarding processes for new employees.
- Support general HR operations, including employee documentation, attendance monitoring, and HR administrative tasks.
- Assist in employee engagement activities and other HR projects as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or related field.
- Minimum 1 year experience in recruitment or HR generalist role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiar with recruitment platforms and sourcing strategies.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Comfortable handling general HR admin tasks outside recruitment.
