Job Description Summary

HSE Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining robust health, safety, and environmental programs to ensure regulatory compliance and promote a culture of safety across all operations. You will work closely with engineering, operations, and construction teams to mitigate risks and ensure the highest standards of safety in a high-performance, mission-critical environment.

About the role:

• HSE Program Development: Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive HSE programs and policies tailored to data center construction activities.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal health, safety, and environmental regulations, as well as company standards and policies.
• Risk Assessment: Conduct regular risk assessments and job hazard analyses to identify potential hazards and implement appropriate control measures.
• Training: Develop and deliver HSE training programs for employees, contractors, and subcontractors. Ensure all personnel are knowledgeable about safety protocols and procedures.
• Inspections and Audits: Conduct regular site inspections and audits to monitor compliance with HSE standards. Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

About You:

• Minimum of 5 – 10 years of experience in construction scheduling, preferably with a focus on data centers or other mission-critical facilities.
• Proven experience using scheduling software such as Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or similar tools.
• Proven track record of successful mission critical facility project delivery.
• Bachelor’s and advanced degree in project management, construction management, civil engineering, mechanical or electrical engineering (or a related field).
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Project, Primavera, Procore) and other relevant tools.
