Position: Human Resources & Legal
We’re looking for a Human Resources & Legal to join our growing company! This role is perfect for someone who's passionate about people and has a strong interest in employment law and HR processes
What you’ll do:
- Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation
- Support daily HR operations and maintain employee records
- Help ensure legal compliance with labor laws and internal policies
- Draft and review simple contracts, agreements, and HR-related legal documents
- Coordinate with external legal consultants when needed
- Be part of creating a positive and professional work environment!
- Familiar with the Talenta App
What we’re looking for:
- Early career professionals (background in Law, HR, or related fields)
- Good understanding of basic HR practices and Indonesian labor law
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask
- Great communication and interpersonal skills
