What you’ll do
- Lead the creation and execution of integrated marketing strategies, working with stakeholders to identify target markets and key opportunities.
- Manage annual marketing plans, campaigns, and budgets for your region, ensuring efficiency and measurable results.
- Track campaign performance (ROI and KPIs), provide actionable reporting, and regularly update key stakeholders.
- Partner with digital, PR, social, and content teams to launch customer-centric brand awareness and thought leadership campaigns.
- Plan and optimize digital channels, including SEO/SEM, social media, and display advertising, to drive engagement and qualified leads.
- Collaborate with Account Executives, Customer Success, and Partner Marketing to build relationships with key clients and capture success stories.
- Organize and execute regional events (webinars, conferences, client roundtables), aligning plans with growth and revenue targets.
What makes you a strong fit
- At least 5 years’ experience in demand generation, marketing programs, or channel marketing within a B2B IT/software environment.
- Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong researcher and concise communicator, able to craft compelling messages for diverse audiences.
- Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into market-relevant, easy-to-understand content.
- Effective collaborator in a global, virtual team environment.
- Proficient using sales and marketing analytics platforms such as Eloqua, Salesforce, or similar.
- Creative, results-driven, and excited by the challenge of building brand presence in dynamic markets.
