What You’ll Receive:
- Monthly internship allowance of IDR 1,000,000,-

- Involvement in a variety of roles, from video editing and cover design to social media content creation
- A hybrid work setup (3 days in office, 2 days remote)
- Full on site schedule during the first month of the program
Your Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with creatives, copywriters, and ad specialists to produce video content that aligns with product messaging and marketing goals
- Maintain a well-organized archive of raw footage, edited materials, and project files
- Ensure all video output adheres to the brand’s guidelines and strategic direction
- Participate in various video-related projects and support cross-functional teams
- Commit to full-time, on site work in the first month, followed by a 3 month hybrid arrangement (based on agreement)
Who We’re Looking For:
- Recent high school or university graduates (Visual Communication Design, Multimedia, Film & TV, or related fields are preferred)
- Proficient in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Adobe After Effects, CapCut, or VN
- Familiar with the PDCA (Plan, Do, Check, Act) methodology
- Strong skills in visual storytelling, precise editing, and motion graphics
- Capable of turning copy briefs into engaging video content
- Able to consistently deliver up to 3 edited videos per day
- Proactive, creative, and committed to improving content quality
- Willing to work on-site in North Jakarta for 5 days a week during the first month
- Fully dedicated to the internship with no side projects or freelance work in related fields
