HR Analyst Internship

Fed Insight Indonesia is a consulting firm specializing in people and organizations. We are currently offering new graduates internship opportunities. Our internship provides you with real work experience in consulting role. You will join our consulting team to help clients design strategy-fit organization and develop high performing workforce. You will also be assigned a mentor to accelerate your adaptation to real work and on the job learning.

Who can apply

• New graduates or final year students who:
• Have interest in the human capital management and consulting role
• Are available for three to six months internship
• Demonstrate strong analytical skill, critical thinking, good verbal and written communication skills
• Have excellent skills in Microsoft Office, particularly power point, excel, and word

• Performing in-depth research for at least one of the following subjects: Organization Design, Job Profiles, Competency Modelling, Job Family and Skill Groups, Job Evaluation, Workload Analysis, Strategic Workforce Planning, Performance Management, Remuneration Management and Career Management;
• Conduct industry and company analysis;
• Assist consulting team to prepare presentation materials and proposal making;
• Work with Project Manager and Module Leaders in designing and delivering solutions for clients;
• Present analysis and solutions to consultant and module leader.
