Key Responsibilities:
- Support end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
- Manage employee data and HR documentation
- Assist in payroll and attendance processing
- Coordinate performance evaluation and training schedules
- Handle employee relations and general HR administrative tasks
- Provide support in managing expatriate documentation, including visa and work permit processes
- Maintain and update the HR Information System (HRIS) accurately
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or related field
- Minimum 1 year of relevant HR experience (Fresh graduates with internship experience are welcome)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong administrative skills and high attention to detail
- Familiar with labor law, recruitment, and HR operational processes
- Good knowledge and experience in using HRIS platforms
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- High level of integrity and able to handle confidential information
- Experience in handling visa and work permit processes will be an advantage
