We are excited to announce three dynamic opportunities to join our team: Business Analyst – Pricing and Data Analytics, Finance & Costing Analyst, and IT Business Analyst.

- Language Proficiency: Fluency in English is mandatory (written & verbal); proficiency in Mandarin is a significant advantage, given our operational focus in China.

Position 3: IT Business Analyst
About the Role: As an IT Business Analyst, you will analyze IT systems, optimize technological processes, manage database improvements, maintenance, and provide insights to enhance operational efficiency. This role requires familiarity with logistics, e-commerce, and third-party logistics (3PL).
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze IT and logistics data to identify trends and inefficiencies.
- Develop and maintain dashboards using tools like Power BI or Tableau.
- Support logistics operations by optimizing IT workflows and processes.
- Use platforms such as E-Tower and CargoWise to manage data and provide actionable insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service delivery and reduce costs.
- Support database improvements, maintenance, and system optimization.
Specific Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience:
- Preferred: Minimum 2 years in IT, logistics, e-commerce, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of IT systems within logistics and 3PL operations.
- Proficiency in Python programming and SQL. Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence will be much appreciated.
- Familiarity with Power BI/Tableau, techSHIP, and HubSpot is highly advantageous.
