Requirements
- At least 2 year experience as IT Product Partnership
- Can join as soon as possible (ASAP)
- Can work full time onsite in Jakarta
- Can work for Banking Company
- Experience to make interesting presentation
- Accompany and explain to Prospective Partners the client service integration process, particularly the administrative aspects, in accordance with applicable governance procedures.
- Conduct meetings (on-site or online) with Prospective Partners and the Business Team (Initiator/PO) to explain and guide the client's products, integration process, and complete required documents.
- Answer Prospective Partner/Partner questions in accordance with the SLA.
- Response Time: 15 minutes if not in a meeting and 1 hour if in a meeting, and Resolution Time: 1 business day via the communication channels agreed upon with the client.
- Guide the completion and fast screening of administrative documents required by Prospective Partners.
- Check the completeness (checklist) of administrative documents required by Prospective Partners.
- Prepare activity reports according to the format specified by the client (subject to change as needed).
- Report all processes and obstacles encountered to the client.
- Proactively follow up on the partner integration process by providing daily updates (e.g., by asking in groups or other communication channels) on the partner's development progress.
