We’re looking for a highly skilled IT Support Manager to take full ownership of IT operations at Fuse. In this role, you will act as the go-to expert and executor for all internal IT needs — from helpdesk resolution to system procurement and implementation.
Though an individual contributor, you will play a strategic role in managing vendors, recommending solutions, and enabling tech readiness across departments in a fast-paced, regional company. You won’t manage a team — you’ll own the function.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
- Deploy and configure hardware, software, networks, and peripheral systems.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal IT support across the organization.
- Lead issue resolution for hardware, software, and network problems across departments.
- Manage external vendors for procurement, implementation, and training of systems and services.
- Assess system needs, recommend scalable solutions, and support implementation.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Ops, HR, and Tech teams to ensure tech readiness and usability.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot risks, and enforce IT best practices.
- Maintain documentation of procedures, tools, and issue resolutions.
🎓 Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in IT support or operations with increasing responsibility.
- Strong hands-on experience in troubleshooting, configuration, and technical support.
- Proven ability to work independently and drive system-related decisions.
- Experience in vendor management, including procurement and rollout projects.
- Familiarity with security protocols, networking, and IT asset management.
- Ability to train end users and communicate technical solutions clearly.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working across departments.
