What You Will Do
- Handling live streaming operations across TikTok and e-commerce marketplaces (Shopee, Lazada, Tokopedia).
- Ensure product selection, cart management, promo settings, and stock availability are accurate and aligned with campaign objectives.
- Maintain and manage studio assets, including conducting routine equipment checks and adjustments before live sessions.
- Conduct regular stock opname and coordination with stakeholders to track and reconcile inventory used in live commerce.
- Brief and assist hosts, monitor live interactions, and provide real-time support to boost session engagement.
- Identify frequently asked questions and operational issues, compiling insights to share with key accounts for improvement.
- Maintain and analyze operational data, track performance, and support reporting needs.
What You Will Need
- Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Business, Economics, or related fields.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in live streaming operations, preferably with experience leading a team or project.
- Strong asset management skills and experience in coordinating stock opname with stakeholders.
- Excellent attention to detail and highly data-driven in daily operations.
- Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel for managing data and creating reports.
- Strong communication and problem solving skills.
- Willing to work in shifting schedules, including weekends or public holidays as needed.
