- Develop and execute marketing and partnership strategies, lead campaigns, and evaluate performance.
- Plan partnerships and collaborations to enhance visibility.
- Manage marketing/PR activities to meet targets and improve brand image.
- Create compelling messaging to strengthen credibility and customer goodwill.
- Identify new market channels to increase product reach.
- Identify new opportunities to support growth of the business.
- Research and analyze potential new outlet locations.
- Build networks to support business growth.
- Understand and analyze customer/consumer behavior.
- Monitor and evaluate business performance, conduct strategic reviews, and provide recommendations.
Minimum qualification:
- 5+ years in business development/partnerships (especially in F&B or related fields).
- Entrepreneurial and resourceful.
- Strong knowledge of planning, P&L, costing, and performance metrics.
- Skills in outlet operations, training, and expansion.
- Proven success in strategic and tactical sales and partnership building.
- Strong managerial, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Well-groomed, presentable, and maintains a representative lifestyle.
- Proficient in English.
- Agile, fast learner, proactive, and problem-solver.
- Start-up or ed-tech experience is a plus.
