Job Description
•Create a marketing plan and monitor and evaluate the implementation of agendas and event/media activities to ensure that hospital products or events have been socialized to workers, patients, patient families, visitors and the public in accordance with the hospital's schedule and needs.
•Ensure the suitability of targets, strategies and processes for distributing relevant and up-to-date information to ensure the performance of the Network & Physician Relations unit in increasing hospital revenue.
•Carrying out market research, customer education, regular visits, and monitoring employee performance as an effort to maintain relationships with Hospital customers, both internal and external.
•Create and analyze Hospital health service packages based on the needs of existing departments/services in the Hospital in order to improve the quality of Hospital services.
•Monitor and analyze the approach and sales strategy to customers and prospective corporate customers of the Hospital to ensure the achievement of sales targets for the Corporate Insurance unit.
Qualifications
•Bachelor/ Master Degree from Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or any related major
•Have minimum 2 years experience in the same position or 5 years experience in the Section Head position in the same field.
•Ability to develop and execute strategic plans that align with the hospital’s goals and market conditions.
•Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a team towards achieving objectives.
•Ability to think creatively and strategically to drive the hospital’s growth and market presence.
•Strong negotiation skills for establishing and managing partnerships and business deals.
