Who We Are Looking For:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Medical Writer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in scientific and medical writing, with the ability to translate complex medical information into clear and engaging content for various audiences.
What Impact You Will Make:
- Research and gather relevant scientific and medical literature to support content development.
- Write and edit various types of medical content including but not limited to manuscripts, abstracts, posters, slide decks, and regulatory documents.
- Interpret and communicate complex scientific data in a clear and concise manner for both scientific and non-scientific audiences.
- Stay current with industry trends, guidelines, and regulations related to medical writing and ensure compliance with relevant standards.
- Participate in meetings and discussions with key stakeholders to understand project requirements and provide expertise on medical writing strategies.
- Assist in the preparation of materials for presentations at scientific conferences and meetings.
- Contribute to the development of writing processes, templates, and guidelines to improve efficiency and quality of deliverables.
What Skills and Experience You will Bring:
- A bachelor’s degree in medical science.
- Computer literate, good command of written and spoken in English and Bahasa Indonesia due to the job scope of working with local and regional stakeholders.
- Minimum 1 years’ experience as MedicalWriter/Editor . Especially having experience as editorial team member in medical magazine/pharmaceuticals company/hospitals will be an added advantage with experience in agency environment.
- Experienced in the development and submission of medical/scientific manuscript to medical journal is preferred. Comprehension of clinical research is a plus point.
- Able to communicate directly with clients and doctors (authors/speakers) on various projects.
- Very familiar with the internet and online applications.
- Self-initiative and motivated, able to work independently with minimum supervision and have good communication skills.
- Pleasant and polite, highly committed, and strong sense of responsibility.
- Willing to be assigned for out of town if needed.
- This is a full-time position – he/she will have to work from the office located in South Jakarta during office working hours following a hybrid work schedule.
