REQUIREMENTS
- 3–5 years of experience in F&B or retail operations, with at least 2 years managing multiple outlets
- Proven leadership and team development skills with strong communication abilities
- Ability to manage time, multitask effectively, and work flexible hours (including weekends/holidays)
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and inspire outlet leaders and their teams to deliver exceptional service and operational excellence
- Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple outlets, ensuring smooth execution and consistent brand standards
- Coach and develop outlet leaders to build leadership capability, strengthen team engagement, and elevate performance culture
- Monitor and analyze operational and financial reports, implementing action plans to meet business targets
- Manage expenses, inventory, and purchasing to support cost efficiency and profitability
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and brand guidelines through regular audits and SOP implementation
- Collaborate cross-departmentally to enhance customer experience and drive revenue growth
- Introduce and execute innovative service improvements, new menu items, or promotional initiatives
- Maintain accurate records and provide regular updates to senior management
- Support long-term business planning by identifying opportunities for growth, efficiency, and innovation
