- Manage communication and coordination with 3PL partners and vendors to ensure smooth pick-up and delivery
- Monitor and align order status, backlog, and progress across platforms and partners
- Identify and resolve delivery issues through root cause analysis and escalation
- Review 3PL performance regularly and report key metrics (e.g., on-time, failed deliveries)
- Handle invoice reconciliation and monitor settlement process with Finance
- Propose and implement improvements to optimize logistics operations and workflows
- Ensure safety and compliance with logistics standards and regulations
- Support internal teams (e.g., Enabler, Aggregator) in system UATs, data cleansing, and process improvements
- Minimum Qualifications: Min. 1-2 years of experience in handle 3PL or vendor management
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Prefer someone who had experience in logistics or pharmaceutical operations
- Excellent in operational execution and process management
- Skilled in stakeholder management across internal and external parties
- Customer-focused with problem-solving mindset
- Experienced in using Google Spreadsheet and GSuite tools
- Able to create clear technical documentation
- Calm demeanor, detail-oriented, and able to manage execution under pressure
