Job Position : People & Culture Support (based in Ubud Area)
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Management, Law, or related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in HR or People & Culture.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable with data.
- Good English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient in Google Workspace; HRIS knowledge is a plus.
- High integrity, proactive, and able to handle confidential information.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Support the development and implementation of P&C initiatives and systems.
2. Responsible for inserting all new employees and their documentation into the HRIS management system.
3. Keep updating the team database on the P&C folder file.
4. Assist and roll out onboarding process (working contract, check personal data, BPJS registration, details on calendar, etc).
5. Responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment administration, including posting job openings, screening incoming CVs, scheduling first interviews, and preparing as well as sending offer letters and agreements.
6. Draft and share team announcements (such as birthdays, farewells, weddings, new joiners, or births) as well as communicate updates from the People & Culture team to all staff.
7. Ensure the Company Regulation Paperworks for all companies are up to date.
8. Check and ensure all types of working contract templates.
9. Support P&C on other administrative tasks.
10. Assist and carry out the offboarding process, including processing BPJS termination, updating employee records, and coordinating exit interviews.
