In this Role, you’ll get to:
1. Product localization and User Experience:
- Responsible for product localization for Indonesia (ID) market, including but not limited to language localization, cultural and compliance adaption, payment methods, and integration of local services.
- Regularly provide local market insights to local team and headquarter to influence global product and marketing direction.
- Analyze local user behavior data (such as conversion funnels, retention rates) and user feedback data (such as NPS, customer service tickets), monitor competitor dynamics and local industry trends, identify experience bottlenecks, and propose optimization solutions.
- Coordinate local user research, competitor analysis, and user analysis based on projects initiated by headquarters to ensure global products align with local needs.
- Understand Indonesia travel demand, stay up to date with industry trends, and identify new opportunities for Indonesia market growth.
- Work closely with headquarters' product, design, and technology teams to balance global uniformity with local flexibility.
- Evaluate the priority of the impact scope for requirements and align goals with other teams.
- Coordinate headquarters resources to expedite the launch of localized feature requirements.
- Take on other tasks and projects as required to support business growth and team goals.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in Product Management, Product Growth, or a similar role.
- Prior experience in the Online Travel Agency (OTA) industry is required
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesia market, travel industry, and local consumer behavior
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal
- Highly data driven, with strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to identify business opportunities, to make business decisions/solutions, to shape effective profitable strategies.
- Experience with self-service dashboards to track and measures project results (Tableau or equivalent data visualization tools)
- Excellent project management, communication, collaboration skills
