Job Description
Assist in executing day-to-day operational processes related to product disbursements, configuration, and internal support.
Help manage and maintain product configurations and settings across various systems and tools.
Upload, review, and validate operational and financial data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Collaborate with the product and engineering teams to troubleshoot operational issues and ensure timely resolution.
Monitor key product workflows and flag anomalies or potential issues to relevant stakeholders.
Support internal teams by responding to partner-related product inquiries and ensuring clear documentation of requests.
Contribute to process improvements and documentation to increase operational efficiency.
Qualifications
Background in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field is a plus (final-year students are welcome).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a structured and organized manner.
Good communication and collaboration skills, especially in a cross-functional team environment.
