Job Description
- Collaborate with a cross-functional team of product managers, engineers, marketing and operation teams to identify problems, opportunities, and solutions
- Build and run processes of manual QA testing
- Validate and test a wide variety of technologies and platforms
- Verify that real-world use cases and user expectations are simulated and met during the validation process.
- Manage bugs and errors reported by customers, including prioritizing, investigating, coordinating resolution, and effectively communicating with relevant teams;
- Maintain an exhaustive and up-to-date record of reported issues, their status, resolution progress, and post-resolution analysis;

Perform a thorough root cause analysis of errors and problems to identify underlying issues and help prevent future occurrences.
- Final Year Student or Recent Graduate with Information System, Computer Science, Law, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Experience in data processing using MS Excel is a must. SQL coding will be a plus.
- Strong communication skills and well-versed in English (spoken and written) and Mandarin (optional) to facilitate cross-border collaborations and communications.
