Job Description
- Take an active role in the recruitment journey to find suitable candidates
- Manage mass recruitment for entry-level positions, coordinate recruiting events, and execute tasks related to sourcing and evaluating candidates
- Handle administrative tasks related to recruitment, such as scheduling interviews, maintaining candidate databases, and ensuring timely communication with applicants

Provide support in the preparation of recruitment-related documentation and reports
- Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology or related major (final semester students with no classes to attend are welcome to apply)
- Energetic, fast learner with strong interpersonal skills
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Available for a dynamic 3-month commitment
