About The Role

Join us as a Product Manager for our Subscriptions and Loyalty team in Jakarta, where you'll be at the heart of one of Gojek's most strategic and impactful product areas. In this role, you'll have the unique opportunity to influence how millions of users discover and experience value across our entire ecosystem every single day.

As part of our Subscriptions and Loyalty team, you'll work at the fascinating intersection of multiple services – food delivery, transportation, marketplace, and beyond. This cross-platform perspective offers you unparalleled insights into user behavior patterns, motivation drivers, and how value perception shifts across different contexts and use cases.

You'll be instrumental in building and scaling a world-class subscriptions program within one of Southeast Asia's leading super-apps. Your work will directly shape user habits, drive engagement, and create lasting value for millions of customers while contributing to sustainable business growth.

What You Will Do

    • Create and communicate a strong vision and product strategy for the Subscriptions & Loyalty team that inspires others and excites users.
    • Launch new features, campaigns, and programs to increase engagement and build lasting loyalty.
    • Use user data and insights to spot new opportunities and make evidence-based decisions.
    • Work with design, engineering, marketing, and business teams to deliver great products quickly.
    • Set clear, ambitious KPIs and keep improving engagement, retention, and growth.
    • Run experiments and A/B tests, using iteration to guide your path to success.
    • Advocate for users by gathering feedback, conducting research, and testing product ideas in the real world.
    • Tackle tough problems with agility, set priorities with purpose, and celebrate each win with your team.

What You Will Need

    • 3–5 years of hands-on product management experience in consumer tech or e-commerce.
    • Strong analytical skills and a talent for solving ambiguous problems with data-driven rigor.
    • Proven track record of shipping and iterating habit-forming digital products.
    • Experience working in fast-paced, cross-functional teams with a bias for action.
    • Excellent fluency in written and verbal English
    • Passion for behavioral economics, user psychology, and designing incentives that stick.
    • Comfort with A/B testing, agile workflows, and rapid experimentation.
    • Action-oriented mindset driven by measurable user and business impact.
