What You Will Do
- Create and communicate a strong vision and product strategy for the Subscriptions & Loyalty team that inspires others and excites users.
- Launch new features, campaigns, and programs to increase engagement and build lasting loyalty.
- Use user data and insights to spot new opportunities and make evidence-based decisions.
- Work with design, engineering, marketing, and business teams to deliver great products quickly.
- Set clear, ambitious KPIs and keep improving engagement, retention, and growth.
- Run experiments and A/B tests, using iteration to guide your path to success.
- Advocate for users by gathering feedback, conducting research, and testing product ideas in the real world.
- Tackle tough problems with agility, set priorities with purpose, and celebrate each win with your team.
What You Will Need
- 3–5 years of hands-on product management experience in consumer tech or e-commerce.
- Strong analytical skills and a talent for solving ambiguous problems with data-driven rigor.
- Proven track record of shipping and iterating habit-forming digital products.
- Experience working in fast-paced, cross-functional teams with a bias for action.
- Excellent fluency in written and verbal English
- Passion for behavioral economics, user psychology, and designing incentives that stick.
- Comfort with A/B testing, agile workflows, and rapid experimentation.
- Action-oriented mindset driven by measurable user and business impact.
